Ask about how they can help you out, and notice their answers. Do they hesitate a lot? Are they less willing to approach certain topics that are closely related to your problem or to the goal you have in mind for your property? Also, how friendly and responsive are they when they address you? All these factors will play a significant role in how helpful the realtor in question would be, so weigh them carefully in each case before making your final decision.
